Returns

All sales are final. We regrettably cannot accept returns on any electrical items. It is impossible to accurately determine their condition. Defective merchandise upon receipt may be returned for store credit or exchange.

Pricing

We strive to make the information on our site as accurate as possible. Occasionally a price displayed on the site may be incorrect. In the event an order contains a mispriced item, we will place the order on hold and contact the customer. We cannot honor the incorrect price.

Product Specifications

All product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without prior notice. In the event that product specifications are changed, we will make a good faith effort to provide notification.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped within 30 days of purchase date. Items are generally in stock however occasionally items can be on backorder, in which case the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Note that if you choose USPS International First-Class Mail Parcel, we are not responsible for package loss. Sometimes the package can take a long time to clear customs at your destination country. Delivery time varies by country, but 3-4 weeks are typical, and 7-8 weeks are not unseen.

If you prefer a more secure way to ship with tracking number and insurance, we strongly recommend you to choose USPS International Priority Mail Express or Global Express Guaranteed service.
